No to the Religious World Order!: A Letter to Mark Dice

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

To Mark Dice, Founder of the Christian Resistance

Greetings. Hello. Howdy. Mr. Mark Dice, sir…I am drunk…which is okay, because from my intoxicated perspective I am still able to realize that it is within my legal boundaries to do so. I am within my rights so, I’ll take advantage. I certainly hope that every Freedom Fighter can appreciate this small feat which requires little accept paying the outrageous taxes put upon us by a corrupt government which has created it’s own problems, and having to wake up in the morning with a tinge of regret and a slight headache.
I am a bit concerned though, and I shall express my concern just as soon as I say thank you for your brave efforts to stop the impending New World Order. I have yet to read your two books The Resistance Manifesto and Illuminati: Fact and Fiction. So I am a bit handicapped in this letter in that I am soon to exhibit a large amount of criticism to you and your followers, without fully understanding your objective. Sorry friend.
From what I have heard, I understand that you are a dedicated Christian. And immediately I relate that nasty little word to a faulty ideology….one that transcends political discourse and paves the campaign trail for all parties and candidates. We notice immediately that all candidates are of “Christian” and devoting themselves solely to the love of Christ, etc, etc. Notice how when our current president was caught up in a scandal with his attendance of the church of Reverend Wright, and media was unable (or perhaps unwilling) to forget the issue, Mr. Obama had to finally disown the Church and join…well, it might as well be “some other church”, because the conviction not withstanding, it was what the American Presidential Template requires: A “Christian” motif. Even further with this observation, if you read Obama’s book The Audacity of Hope, you’ll notice that Obama was much more inclined to follow his mothers’ sense of spirituality without the use of organized sects. We shat get into the issue of his Muslim heritage.
As far as our past president – the incompetent, evil little toad known as George W. Bush – is concerned, he was a self-proclaimed follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, and constantly referred to his divine prowess for “opening his heart.” Whatever intervention Jesus might have made in Bush’s life, we know it to be bullshit. It reeks like it, and as they say, if it has all the qualities…there is little denial. There are several good reasons for me stating this. The first reason being the secret societies that he has attended in his life. Starting with the Skull & Bones at Yale University in which he was obligated to take an Oath not akin to anything the average man has taken in his life. Bush still declines to comment on this society. And recently with his attendance at the Bohemian Grove – that annual meeting up in the forest where the Elites gather to either dance naked around the redwoods, or, more practically, do mock ceremonies with the blood God Molech – Bush has proven himself to be a fully-fledged hypocrite. Thank you again for pointing this out to the Elite.
Again, no need to go further; we know these simple facts to be true based on the validity given to them by political spectators like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity…every time the question is discarded as the typical nutcase story – right after they tell you of their invite – the story grows a little bit stronger.
So now that I have gotten all of the basics out of the way, let me tell you the second reason on why we know the religious dogma’s are full of cow increment. I shall put it kindly, sir, I really shall try…and as I wish not taking all the blame for this vital blow to one’s conscience, so shall I refer you to a YOUTUBE video. All one has to do is type “no one follows the Bible” into the search thingie, and up will come a video from the talk show The Young Turks hosted by the refreshingly bright Cenc Uygur.
If you actually listen to what he is saying and try to understand it, you can actually feel your brain neurons readjusting themselves to the cold-hard reality: no one really follows the barbaric practices of the Bible. As Penn and Teller rightly pointed out, the Bible can be used to debunk the Bible. After all, there are numerous passages all throughout the Old Testament. Stoning your disobedient child, selling your daughter into slavery…even killing hundreds of thousands of women and children (after the ten commandments were bestowed the race who were chosen to be better than the rest of us)…all in a day’s reading which will never be read in any Sunday school classroom – for good reason.
And even more, we castigate and shun those who do attempt any literal translation of the text. All these fundamentalist sects up in the hills, like the Church of Latter Day Saints, or all the others we read and hear about that rape thirteen year old girls, etc….when we hear them on the news, we as “civilized” people, condemn their practices as evil and cultish. And justifiably so, but then what other translation is there but the one you read from the book in your own hand? If it says to stone your grandmother for, say, cleaning dishes on the Sabbath, who then is going to gather the stones? The answer is nobody except those we deem to be nutcases and, more importantly, immoral. But it’s right there in your book also!
Bottom line is this: if you believe your God to be infallible and the Creator of all Time and Matter, what then is stopping you from fulfilling his will? When your neurons are finally able to realign and postulate that, you will come to the primary reason I have written this letter…we don’t want a New World Order based upon concentrated central government anymore than we want any Order based upon a religious one. Of any kind. There will be no stoned grandmother’s; there will be no specified prayer or teaching of any singular religion with the intent to indoctrinate our children; and there will be no Religious World Order. As David Icke aptly put it, “I don’t know which I dislike more, the World controlled by the Brotherhood, or the one you want to replace it with.” Good call, David. Good call.
I really do congratulate you sir, I know that you are more fully prepared than I, and that your message has reached the ears of many more. Perhaps I don’t know your true intents, or if you have in mind the erosion of the New World Order only to be replaced with the very bile that I (and many, many others) find to be despicably deplorable.
If the people shat say it, then I shall: we demand an absolute separation of Church and State. Concrete. With iron bars running through it. No neo-con or smooth-talking Bible thumper is going to let us implement that sort of Law into our already filled-up law books. I wish to go even further and say that we hope that you were right, particularly on the issue of Hell, just so that we could hope that Jerry Falwell is burning right as I type this letter….but perhaps that’s just the alcohol talking. I enjoy my Freedom, thank you sir. (I don’t really wish Hell upon anyone…excuse my sardonic humor.)

Just Let Them Kill You

“Do you believe in Jesus?”
“Yes I do.”
“Well, you’re about to meet him.”
Bang.
Death Wish 2 – after Paul Kersey finds one of the men who raped his daughter

We don’t want these things to take place. We collectively conclude that “evil” is condemned and should be punished. But, as I’ve stated before, under different circumstances we condone similar actions. Aside from that right now, we should be concerned with the criminal activity that we read about constantly in our newspapers.
Gang members have zero remorse when they shoot you, your wife, and your child…all they want, as the ones being interviewed for shows like GangLand will testify towards, is quick cash and the “rush” of putting a gun to your head.
Pretty soon the people are going to have to make a choice. Especially over here in the Golden State. These borders’ produce more criminals, as does our prison system, and while they’re out murdering innocent teenagers, raping you’re daughters, and robbing you’re grandmothers – all the while laughing in your face, literally! – You, the masses, choose to condemn all measures that would prevent these things from happening.
What then, oh Enlightened Red Wolf, can we do? It’s rather simple actually. The steps are right there. Marches on city streets are always a good idea. Exercising your right to bear arms is another. Even in public, a legal handgun is merely a ticket for a person with a clean record. Far worth it for staying alive, I say. But most importantly we can demand radical changed to our border security and our prison system.
The former might be a bit more difficult seeing as it is more on Federal boundaries. But for anyone who wants to stop seeing illegal immigrants come over here and join gangs – then proceed on with any one of the former actions listed above – I say to write to you’re fucking congress. Let them know about it! The latter example I must believe could be resolved a bit easier. All that would be required is that magically little word…transparency. The most important element we can have in our government…whether you’re on the so called “right” or the so called “left.” We need to know what our officials are doing, we need to be informed on the decisions they are making, and we need complete oversight with every single institution that is in our Nation. Church, schools, prison, and our legislative bodies – including every single person paid under our tax dollars – need to be examined to make sure they are worth the money and the effort.
There is something else that might be of some help. And goddamnit, I hate to condone this sort of thing, but with my experience in human behavior I gotta tell you, I really gotta tell you what the real remedy is. Vigilantes. You heard it from me first folks. A few good men willing to take up arms and patrol the streets, exercising this ancient philosophy only on those who we can be sure are street scum, is the only way to install fear into those who have installed it into our homes. Far be it for me to tell someone that it isn’t his (or her) natural right to defend his hometown. And to be exact, “hometown” doesn’t constitute spray painting a stop sign or any old bullshit like that. It is that I live here…I pay taxes here…I have my family…my neighbor’s family….together we have agreed not to be harassed.
“Preaching to the choir” you say. Perhaps. But don’t say I didn’t tell you. These street gangs are even below the most audacious of examples. I would like to name them…but a semi-smart person would instantly come up with some of the most evil in History’s Rouge Galleries (including some from our country) and I tell you there is no comparison. These people have them beat, hands down, with fucked up actions. I promise you.

Although I’m saddened that I missed out on Baldwin Park’s National Night Out event, I’m extremely pleased to see at least a few people getting out and displaying their discontent for crime. But the sad reality should surprise nobody was that it was only about a hundred people who marched. Relatively few compared to the amounts of people who actually live in rough areas – or who even read the newspapers.
What spurs a person into a worthy cause? What event can take place that would change someone’s attitude and even speak their opinion? Or do they even have an opinion?
We’re like little sheep. Aside from the fact that Americans are the primary reason that absolute Democracy is a bad idea, it can earnestly be said that we want to be good…I have to believe even a small shred of that sentiment. Wake up. Take action. Anything and everything will help to progress to a better world. Because, I don’t know if you’ve looked around recently…we’re just barely civilized.

Standing Side by Side with California’s Nazi: A Letter to the Governator

Thursday, July 30th, 2009

Stand with you? Stand with you!? That proposition doesn’t sound very enticing to me, Mr. Schwarzenegger. And I have some very good reasons for me feeling that way. But before I get into all that, I want you to know that the only reason I’m writing this letter is because you are the one who has endorsed activity from the citizens of California…constantly telling us to “contact our senators, our representatives; call them, write letters” and so on. So I, as a First Amendment sort of guy, have decided to do just that…exercise my right to participate in our democracy. And so here I go…
For starters: I don’t believe that any state budget is going to rectify our problems here in the Golden State. The Elites can sit in their offices and do all these things with the budget, and no matter what they come up with I will not be satisfied. I refuse. And, as I’m sure you can tell from my voraciousness, I have good reason: there is no justification to be given, as to why the guards’ Union – the C.C.P.O.A. – should be paid anywhere close to $100,000 a year. The number is astronomical and is an insult to the millions of other people who work hard in this state. On top of that salary, they get health benefits, vacation, etc. They sit at their tables, kick they’re feet up, and occasionally when there’s a scuffle they get up and mace everybody.
That simple assessment – which was made by a true, first hand observer: ME! – is exacerbated by the repercussions in failing to make the necessary adjustments. “Criminals produce more criminals.” So easy to understand, even you should be able to get it. Being a Republican, I would certainly expect you to fall right in line when the other Neo-Cons and sanction Nazi-related crimes. Like the crime of producing more criminals. It’s more subtle over here in America…we criminalize drugs then lock them up with harder criminals where they become…gasp…better criminals! What a shocker. Hitler had his Nuremburg rallies, where he induced the masses into believing all his bullshit, creating monsters, and now you are doing the same thing when you pay the Union to assemble their monsters. All under a different banner. This one being “rehabilitation.”
But you know all about Hitler, don’t you? You were friends with one of his comrades…Mr. Kurt Waldeim, I believe. He could lie about it all he wants, but the medals, the signatures attached to all those deportation slips, witness accounts, his initiation to the National Socialist German Student League, not to mention that the U.N. said he was a war criminal…these revelations say differently. And it’s unfortunate that the (numerous) articles written about your connection with him have gone mostly unnoticed. But that’s no surprise, seeing as our media is a well-oiled propaganda machine. The people, subsequently, fall into tight grasp of ignorance and apathy. The only thing they do pay attention to is the stuff that affects their immediate life…like health care, or the economy, or the crime statistics, etc.
Fortunately, you have managed to screw up a great number of these things. You have just recently exercised you’re tyrannical right to veto some of the budget measures – including MEDI-CAL and state parks – while advocating the building a new section on death row. On top of that, the tentative release of 58,000 inmates is going to have to face an appeal from you. So instead of my first suggestion of cutting the salaries of the guards Union and implementing more rehabilitative programs into the prison, you’d rather just “cut, cut, cut”, but always making sure to have enough money to lock up more inmates and fill the pockets of the bastards who create the problems.
Hey, don’t get me wrong, I know that the Union is powerful. But aren’t you the Governator? You’re supposed to strong-arm these things.
Anyways, you can not put a band-aid on a gun shot wound. And that is what you are doing here. “Releasing them into different custody”, or whatever the language is, is practically the same thing here. You need to push for the judges’ original order of 58’000. You should be able to find just about that many first-time, non-violent offenders with only a year or so to go. Pretty close.

I sympathize with you though Arnold. I really do. And I can agree that in a State as complicated as California there are going to be problems. But if you are so serious about solving our problems you would do something with the prison problem, and put a few more dollars where it is needed.
And if you were really that adamant about shutting off our borders (as a voice recording some years back had proved) you’d put more energy into that as well. Instead, these problems go unnoticed…and, as always, you – along with all the other people not paying attention – have perpetuated our problems. Mexicans immigrants, devastated by NAFTA and you’re willingness to promote drug cartels, which lead to horrendous conditions, have made them come over here for a better life. Can’t blame ‘em. But there goes the health-care costs…there goes the incarceration rate…and there goes the whole fucking state.

Convictedly,
A Red Wolf

CANCERFORNIA: A Letter to the Golden State

Thursday, July 16th, 2009

There is a cancer growing inside the State of California. It is crushing the social stability of our counties and destroying the lives of thousands. The mass media has lied to you, saying it is in your best interest. But do not be deceived by this creature, for it is our own prison system – The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitations.
Since 1970 the prison population in the Golden State has grown from 22,000 inmates to anywhere between 160-170,000 inmates (depending on what report you read) in 2009. And it will continue to do so. The simple reason being; there is absolutely no deterrent for criminals to stop committing crimes. When you get to the bottom of it, it is very simple logic: criminals will produce more criminals. This is exactly what is taking place behind the prison walls. And the officials and politicians who are supposed to watch over this monster are in reality endorsing this behavior. Sworn officers who are paid by your tax dollars actually advocate the escalation of criminal activities, for their own so-called “job security.”
How do I know this? Because I have just finished serving time behind those walls. I have watched very intently on what is happening. That time has given me the opportunity to see things that would probably make the average, tax-paying person sick - for nothing else but the blatant insanity of it all. Anyone doing any sort of research on this matter could clearly see the fraudulent creed of “Rehabilitation.” With roughly seven out of ten inmates returning immediately back into jail, a sensible person would probably realize that there is something dangerously wrong. But perhaps it would take the experience of somebody who was inside to explain what is really going on. So regrettably I inform you of this: there is a breeding ground in our State Penitentiaries, with people making a lot of money in the form of luxurious benefits and huge paychecks.
The first thing that is imperative to understand is the general mentality of the prison population. The public has a widespread illusion that because it is prison, it must be a place no one would want to go. This is a mistake. The truth is behind those gates there is an entire community of very comfortable inmates. Indeed, they are quite happy being the statistics that you read about in all the reports.
As would be expected, the majority of the prison congregation comes from street gangs. Surenos, Bloods, Crips, Skinheads, Wah Ching – just to name a few. There is a wide variety to choose from. Naturally, of course, the gangs are almost always divided up by race.
The Caucasian inmates usually fall between two primary groups; the Peckerwoods (‘Woods) and the Skinheads. The former consist of just about every white man that walks onto the yard while the Skinheads have established more of hierarchy, constantly stabbing each other to move up the ranks. These hypocritical, Hitler-saluting, scumbags have a mixture of racist ideologies, blending Nazism and the infamous “88 Precepts” to formulate their supposedly “superior way of life.”
Hispanic inmates move in a similar fashion, betraying each other to move up the latter of command. With over 500 Hispanic gangs in the Los Angeles area alone, they are the major players in the prison game and “run” most of the yards. Not to mention that a large majority of them work for the murderous drug cartels in Mexico, running the drugs and doing the dirty work. Their main enemies are the Norteno’s from the northern part of the State.
The African Americans are a bit different – less organized and far fewer politics. The majority of them are either Crips or Bloods, again with dozens or hundreds of different sects and turfs. When they’re not feuding with each other, they usually fight with the Southerners, which is also a very prominent rivalry on the streets. Asians and Indians are the minority in prison, and they round out my list of categorized prisoners.

Now, read your newspapers. Turn on your T.V. The next time you see a person being arrested for one of the countless crimes committed in the State, remember that that offender first goes through the County Jail. In Los Angeles County alone, that process can take up to three days, transferring from one cramped cell to the next. It is not uncommon to see people passed out on the urine soaked floor, or prisoners putting graffiti on the walls. My most vivid recollections of the County Jail could easily be likened to a medieval dungeon.
However this is but the tip of the ice burg. When one eventually does get settled into either a dorm or a cell, the real problem will suddenly come to full understanding, the one that set the entire Justice System astray from its original purpose of rehabilitating criminals.
As stated, the gangs are divided up mostly by race, so depending upon the color of your skin, you will be instructed on how “things” will be working in the dorm (or whatever housing unit you are assigned to). This will be done via the “shot-caller.” He will explain in detail about the mandatory politics which were established long before you got there. For example; if you are white then there will be no eating, drinking, or showering with any black man. Sharing and conversations will be kept at a bare minimum.
These pathetic rules, made only by another inmate, will be strictly enforced by the remainder of the “car.” If anyone violates these rules it shall be considered a treasonous act and it will be dealt with by rigid discipline, almost always by a group of men pummeling you in the back corner of the room.
Many of these synthetic regulations apply to the other races, there are few exceptions. And perhaps this might sound almost natural at first. After all, it would seem quite normal to stay with your “people” in an environment filled with vicious gangs. But it doesn’t stop with the racist unity. These rules have a much deeper effect. They penetrate into every County Jail, every prison, and every yard in the entire State. (The exception is the Sensitive Needs Yards, in which I’ll return.)
Try now to imagine the socially ostracized inmates, longing to be accepted into a group of similar delinquents, wanting to “fit-in”, “be part of things.” The perfect opportunity presents itself. Instead of rejecting the oxymoron (that is – breaking rules, then following them), these individuals now try desperately to be part of a seemingly decent way of life…prison life. They look at the older “homies” as their mentors, and expectedly, the older homies comply – more than happy to have a new fertile mind to corrupt, and do their dirty work.
It is not long after that when the ignorant young inmate is stabbing other people on the yard, on orders of the shot-caller. When these “torpedoes” carry out their mission, they are given a tattoo as a sort of praise for their obedience, along with a new release date.
Even more disturbing is, while many are happy to please their new Masters, there are many who are never given the choice. Many times the shot-caller instructs the new arrivals to faithfully carry out any demands he might make. Whether it be stabbing of another inmate, or simply a brutal assault, the order is given and the shot-caller expects execution. Disobedience, perpetually, requires rigid discipline.
Understand that every time something like this happens, it affects the order of things. No longer is there even the slightest hint of reform. It is criminality compounded with criminality. Once the inmate paroles this newly enforced mentality goes back to the streets, and thus the reason seventy percent (perhaps more) come right back.

This does not happen by itself, indeed there is a master designer at work, pulling the strings. California Correctional Peace Officers Associations (C.C.P.O.A.) is a union comprised of roughly 57,000 workers. 32,000 of them are sworn officers of duty and pleading an Oath, similar to most law enforcement agencies…something to the effect of purporting to be beneficial to the State.
They are one of the strongest Unions in the State which has also garnered a Ten Billion dollar budget for their operations in 2008-2009, compared to half that amount five years ago. With this enormous increase in money to work with, the average taxpayer might expect the crime rate to eventually drop, or at least stagnate. As just explained, this can’t happen as long as inmates are forcing other inmates to commit more criminal activates.
Believe me; this happens with full encouragement of the C.C.P.O.A. It’s the old rule of “divide and conquer.” Separate the prisoners, label them according to their race (or gang) and segregate them into allocated cells. From there, one can constantly be told to “follow the program”, which essentially means do what you’re told – by either an officer or another inmate. The Wardens and all the other “higher-ups” are aware that as long as the inmates are busy fighting each other, they won’t be giving them much trouble. So they enforce the racial hatred to keep the population preoccupied.
I have personally seen wardens’ laugh in an almost hysterical tone, while their officers tell me they wish everybody was out committing more crimes. Simply to fill their $100,000 paycheck, complete with full benefits for the rest of their lives. In 1980 the average salary of an officer was $14,000 a year, now it’s $54,000, and usually much higher.
This tyranny is added to the extreme lack of any educational or vocational programs. There might occasionally be an “AA” meeting and sometimes motivational speakers speak at one of the chapels, but as a whole there, is no beneficial programs inside the prisons. They are simply to appease required State Standards. Nothing more.
Once again, any hard-working person who pays there dues would expect more money directed towards schooling and vocational job training, instead of the luxurious benefits of the corrupted officers. How does a State, whose creed is supposed to be “For the People, By the People” allow a tax-dollar supported institution like the C.D.C.R. to make non-negotiable contracts without any oversight?

When all these complications are put together they formulate a very backwards, if not downright evil System - one in which criminals have no chance of becoming the reformed, productive members that society expects. It is nothing less than modern slavery.
Everyday an officer breaks his or her oath of Justice, and actively supports this perversion. That is why the incarceration rate grows every year. And C.C.P.O.A. constantly demands more and more money. All the while the people see no progress. To put it figuratively: why would they slay the monster when they get paid so much for fighting it?

How can you be so deceived? Because the mainstream media is rarely allowed behind those walls. And even then, they never show an accurate picture. Because most people would be appalled at what is happening; fifty naked men cramming their way into one showerhead, or rat feces inside the food. So that all you know is the distorted facts produced by the incompetent media.
If it isn’t the press that lies to you, then it’s the bogus ads run by the C.D.C.R. itself, complaining about the abuses they’re subjected to, expressing their grievances to the public as to invoke sympathy and justify budget increases. The truth is most of these clips are taken from Level 4 yards, where violent altercations occur more often than on other yards. It doesn’t happen as often as one is led to believe and, subsequently, it is their own fault anyways, for refusing to bestow any sort of rehabilitation on any inmate, or even giving them the chance to do it there selves. Pure Propaganda.
The only one who makes any sort of statement regarding these conditions is our own “Governator”, Arnold Schwarzenegger. And then he tells the people that a reform on the 3-Strikes Law would be a detriment to our well-being. In 2004 proposition 66 would have required the third strike to be violent and/or serious. But a week prior to voting, Schwarzenagger launched an intense campaign of making sure this would not happen, saying that 26, 000 rapists and child molesters would be set free. This was an outright lie, seeing that at the time only 8,000 people were sentenced to life in prison under the 3-Strikes. The legislation almost passed with 47.3% of California’s population voting yes, and 52.7% voting no. Now the courts give out 25- life sentences for extremely minor infractions, thanks to the Governator’s rhetoric about “not allowing violent predators out on the streets.” Perhaps Mr. Schwarzenagger is trying to live up to his heroic persona depicted onscreen, but I believe he should have stayed in Hollywood and not come to Sacramento, because the fact is: he is ignoring the issue.
There is another perception that is still very prevalent among the masses. That is: the glorification of prison life. If it isn’t the rap “artists” who glamorize criminal behavior and make it look so stylish, then its “true-life” reality series like Lock-Up and Gang Land. People seem to be so captivated by the decay of society. And it will only be a problem when a recently-released convict breaks into their house and violates their Freedom. So as long as the public sees prison as a form of entertainment nothing will ever be done about it, because nobody will ever take the situation seriously. Even then, what could be done about it? What would be the first step towards resolving this growing problem?

Right now a large number of prison yards are converting over to “SNY”, or Special Needs Yards. Originally these yards were designed to house sex offenders who are typically the target of “mainline” abuse. However, throughout the course of the last several years these yards have been opening up to a larger variety of inmates; homosexuals, snitches, guys who owe debt. But a lot more of them are those who have grown tired of the prison politics, and wish to do their own time.
This is a good thing! It shows willingness on behalf of the inmates to do their own time, and get away from the gang-lifestyle. However, while this might be necessary first step in alleviating the problem, it is not an overnight solution. But certainly we must pressure our Government to accelerate the process.
My proposal is this, however extreme it might be: first, all the prison politicians must be locked down for at least 23 and half hours out of the day. No longer must they be given the option to give orders and manipulate the rest of the prison population, for that is the sole element that is completely undermining the purpose of this States’ correctional facilities.
When that happens, the prison yards will then be converted into “Program Yards” in which inmates will finally be allowed to do their own sentence, without the hindrances of other influences. Anyone trying to call shots and give orders will be locked up indefinitely until otherwise stated.
The second action that must be taken is the immediate elimination of the C.C.P.O.A. As unlikely as it might seem, their Union is destroying the State. What must happen is this: the People of California must make a temporary amendment to the Constitution as to make it possible to hire an outside security agency. Only temporary! During this time the State will implement new Laws that will allow greater oversight with our State workers and their budgets. No more egregious benefits and non-negotiable contracts. With the money saved from the termination of the current State baby-sitters and thus, their outrageous budget, more money can be used towards educational programs.

This critical issue is of the greatest concern. If it is not resolved swiftly then it will eventually ruin the State. For any taxpayer who is interested in Freedom and Justice, this letter is for you. Call your Senators, call your Representatives. Propose new ideas and incentives and begin getting the word out. Negligence will only result in disaster. Something must be done!!

POST SCRIPT
It might seem irrelevant to the message I’m attempting to convey, but I also suggest that every American exercise his or her Second Amendment, and never to hesitate if a low-life scumbag – like a Skinhead or a Sureno – comes breaking into your window, to decorate your wall with his brains.
Also, although there is plenty of argument against drug legalization, one must objectively discern the horrible underground economy that methamphetamine, heroin, and, to a much lesser extent, marijuana have generated in the streets. Legalization and controlled environments would eliminate the lucrative businesses of the drug cartels.

A Trickling Revolution OR How I learned to accept that Illegal Immigrants will never stop pouring over our Walls

Thursday, July 16th, 2009

Be upset about it all you want. Hate it. Despise it, even. But in the end you’ll never be as upset as all those poor Native Indians who were slaughtered during the coming of the Europeans. You couldn’t have shared their despair if you lived a 100 years inside of a prison wall – ostracized from all that you know and love in this World. It’s simply something you’re not capable of doing…and neither am I for that matter.
But when you do attempt such compassionate empathy, you might begin to acquire a certain amount of sympathy as will; for all the Hispanics who go through a virtual hell and virtual high water to come over to this country – taken from them many years ago – simply to pick strawberries in one-hundred degree weather…only to go home to a cold case of Budweiser.
Now, you would think that drinking the Budweiser would be torture enough, but then, my god; they crossed hundreds of miles and risked getting caught by border-vigilantes and “good-ole-boy” border patrol guards, just to work in such misery and dread. I can’t bring myself to hate them for that. At all. I have to realize the conditions that brought them here in the first place: namely, United States hegemony. Starting with the imperialism that founded this country and continuing through trade agreements like NAFTA, the standard of Mexican life in the homeland is not prospering these days.
These are the reasons why Hispanics are coming over here. And, again, I can’t bring myself to be upset about it. If the shoe was on the other foot (the Red, White, and Blue foot) and the Mexican War was won by the Mexicans, we would have been equally upset about it. Because that’s the leading force in the World: not morals or ethics, but strong-arm and force. “Might makes Right” or so it’s been said.
So at the very least, we can be happy that the Mexican people don’t have the firepower to take it back from us. Instead, they’ve been trying a smaller revolution. A “drop, drop, drop” of reintegration back into the Land that was once theirs’. And, like I already stated, this personally doesn’t offend me. But on a political perspective, I couldn’t exactly say it’s the right thing to do either. After all, when they do work, it’s usually “under the table” – meaning they don’t pay any taxes. On top of that, the money that is paid to them is almost always split into one-third…with a third going to rent, a third going to Budweiser, and the last third going back to Mexico to pay the bills…and, perhaps: pay the smugglers (called Coyotes) who are bringing his children next week.
No, I can’t be entirely upset with them for these efforts to survive. What I can be upset about is their offspring. Because while the majority of illegal immigrants do strive to live an honest life, it’s the younger majority that feel the irresistible need to join gangs and destroy innocent lives. These are the ones we should be exported back across the border. Not the ones trying to work and live.
Ah, but then what is the solution for thee woes? What discussion shall we have? For starters: the firepower that is held by Mexicans is usually, if not always, in the hands of the drug cartels, who lobby for stricter laws on drugs so that their profit margin goes up. Eliminate the drug laws and you eliminate their power. For all the immigrants who do want an honest life, we could speed up the citizenship process and bring more jobs (and more tax-revenue) for the States’.
There is always another option, but we choose not to discern them. Ask yourself why? Right before you ask yourself: if you were kicked out of you’re country, and were forced to live in an impoverished one, wouldn’t you break a few laws to make things better for yourself?

They’re dropping like, well, celebrities…any guess on whose going to be number Six?

Written July 1st, 09….so it’s a little dated

Call it supernatural phenomenon. Call it superstition. Call it even paranoia delusion. But it always seems that celebrities die in groups of three. Ever since the fateful plane crash that killed Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, and J.P. “Big Bopper” Richardson in 1959, there has been a persistent myth that once one goes, two are sure to follow. It always seemed that way. Or at least my limited memory on the subject perceives it to be that way.
But then one morning I realized that it had been awhile since any big celeb had passed on. The last I could remember was probably Paul Newman. And then, the unthinkable happened. It was unexpected. It was startling. And it was mildly enticing…that’s right: David Carradine tied his balls up to his throat and strangled himself to get a hard-on. I’ll never be able to watch Kung-Fu ever again; a spiritual holy man was in reality a sexual weirdo…just like me. Dire thoughts, indeed.
A few weeks had passed and – in almost a small bit of irony, due to Conan O’ Brian’s triumphant return to ‘Latenight as new Host to the Tonight Show – Ed McMahan passed away at the age of 86. A good man, and fellow drinker who, as Conan pointed out, had a laugh which became the “soundtrack of the Tonight Show.” I just hope that McMahan caught a couple of episodes of Conan’s hosting – as it is the new genius of late night.
Then, on the 24th of June, I found myself in a comparatively mild drinking binge, contemplating the evils of Government and the endless stupidities of human nature…when it suddenly occurred to me that: there’s one more. Isn’t there?
Who was to be next then? I KNEW! In my mind there was only one possible person: that timeless beauty – who even at 50 looked gorgeous nude – Ms. Farrah Fawcett. I went over it in my head for a few minutes, about how her condition has been made rather public and well-known. I had just seen a report the previous night.
Sure enough, the next morning I woke up, fired up the computer, and the first report I read: “Farrah Fawcett dead at 62.” Suddenly, I felt really bad. Because if I had made a some-what “dead-pool” like gamble the night before – I would have been a richer man. So instead of spiraling into a guilt-filled nightmare, I decided to amass myself with old Playboy photos of Farrah that I found online, along with a cold bottle of Mickey’s. This helped.
“That was three” I told myself. The nightmare was over, at least for the time being. No famous people would be dying anytime soon. Or so I thought.
Then, sometime in the afternoon I turned on the news. The breaking story out of Los Angeles was that Michael Jackson had been rushed to the hospital. “Oh well”; these things happen all the time. But then I read the caption at the bottom of the screen: cardiac arrest? This could potentially be a bad outcome for the King of Pop. But hell, I’m sure they’ll figure it out, right? After all, Michael doesn’t go anywhere without his personal medical assistant, and I’m sure he’s got a whole assortment of pills that open the heart, close it, and do all sorts of medical miracles. I convinced myself that Michael was going to be okay, even though I wasn’t a fan of his. He did, as anyone can surely admit, have an unhealthy relationship with little children.
All he needed was a little Jesus Juice, a couple pills, and his pet monkey; that would surely restore the color to his face. I mean…err…anyways; I jumped back on the computer to look up a few things. Then, about 10 minutes later, I get a phone call from my mother:
“Did you hear?!”
“No…” I replied.
“Michael Jackson died.”
“They said he was in the hospital right now.”
“No, it’s just been reported that he’s dead.”

And sure enough, TMZ was right on the money. The King of Pop was dead at 50. After a lifetime of amazing talent, a bizarre lifestyle, and several lawsuits; the biggest musical name since Elvis Presley (probably) was dead.
“Oh man.” Suddenly I felt even worse; first my prediction of a Farrah Fawcett, and then my wrong prediction that this was going to round out the 3 celebs. Then I realized that poor Farrah was going to be forgotten in the coming…minutes. If not sooner than that. International child molester Michael Jackson was going to swallow up the media with his untimely death.
And that’s the point I believe most fans are neglecting. Jesse Jackson might be able to sound prolific with all the rhetoric about “his shortcomings not outweighing his strengths” or something like that, but the fact is that Michael Jackson had an extremely unusual, and, in my opinion, very inappropriate relationship with little kids. By his own admission! Sleeping with them, having nude pictures on the bed stand; all sorts of things that most parents look at as unhealthy. But Jacko, somehow, was able to make all the parents of all those kids who stayed at NeverLand Ranch forget about these things.
Is this the age of stupidity? Or just parental neglect on such a large scale as to even allow such an event to happen? Not an isolated incident, but one that occurred all the all time because parents continued to let their kids go over his house, even after the testimony came out.
There could be a good thing to come out of this. We are just now hearing that Michael’s children might not be his. They might in fact become biological specimens of some unknown person. If this turns out to be true, then years from now those kids are going to be extremely grateful. At least they won’t have to worry about being put in a dangerous situation, like being dangled off a balcony. Unless the sperm donor turns out to be a Saudi Arabian prince, and he gains custody of the kids…then they might be become little jihadist in the near future. The sick bastard would be destroying little kid’s lives even from beyond the grave. But it’s best not to think about it now.

So that’s four. And wasn’t it three’s they di…oh my god!! Before I could even finish the realization…T.V. pitchman Billy Mays was found dead at his home in Tampa. “What the hell is going on?” My mom asked. One after another. But I’m in serious doubt, and for one very good reason that I pose as a question: is Billy Mays constituted as a celebrity? Well, we’ve been seeing him for years on T.V…he’s the guy most people mute when they hear his voice come on. And Fritzy thought I’d be glad to hear the news. But – although he was as annoying as a hemorrhoid – it was a sad story.
So, that’ now five. There’s one more, there has to be! It’s the law of…err…superstition…just like Christ. Is it time to play my own Deadpool? Time to take bets? I say Patrick Swayze. The man just doesn’t look good. I’ve also heard that legendary newsman Walter Cronkite is pretty bad.
Ah what am I talking about? That’s sick. Life is far too precious for stupid guesses like that. Forgive me. I’m just in complete and utter shock at the bombarding of celebrity deaths in the last few weeks. And most of which were unexpected.
I really hope I’m wrong anyways; the old myth is probably just that – a myth. I doubt anyone will kick the bucket anytime soon. Unless that shadow in the curtains is what I think it is: angry parolees who are upset about my essay Cancerfornia, and, alas, I become number Six…

To the Men and Women of the El Monte Police Department

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

Hi. I am writing this letter as a concerned citizen. However, I am unable to leave a return address. My apologies.
The reason I am writing this letter is because of an incident that occurred in early May of this year. It came after a high speed pursuit through the streets of El Monte, Pico Rivera, Baldwin Park, and other regions of Los Angeles. I’m sure by now everyone in your department knows about the event I’m referring to, even without me having to finish this sentence: George Fierro…unjustified in his ruthless kick of an obsolete suspect. And it is now over a month with no criminal indictment, or anything relating to such. It’s ironic that Richard Rodriguez’s nickname is “Turtle” because when he should have been ducking his head like a turtle to avoid a brutal kick, he was spread eagle and giving up.
But, before I get into the entire scenario – including a moral check of the officers’ reasons – I want you to know that nobody condones what Richard Rodriguez did, or had done in the past. A quick Google can verily show that the El Monte Flores streetgang, which the suspect was part of, is not only one of the oldest gangs in the Valley, but also one of the most active. In 1995 a member of the gang orchestrated the mass murder of a family in El Monte – including a baby and 5-year old girl. The whole reason was because someone had left the Mexican Mafia. This case of retaliation is not an isolated incident, and anybody with half a brain cell wouldn’t believe it is. For those who condone such behavior, there are usually only two words that follow, and they start with an “F” and ends with a “you.”
That condemnation is garnered not only in the court of public opinion, but – because police departments are awash with angry, sentimental officers – it’ll reach onto every badge-wearing man and woman who has the authority to exercise more extreme actions…like the kick delivered by your fellow officer. But the reason these sorts of behaviors are condemned by the people is because we see them as a violation of a purported ethical absolute. An Oath of Service and Protection is not merely a nice little cliché that can be discarded when anger or frustration arises, as was clearly the case here. And that was confirmed by Geoffrey P. Alpert, a professor of criminology, who said that the “officer lost control.”
Cleary. And when live television broadcasts such things and is viewed by millions of people, they see the same person; a ruthless gang-member, and a ruthless cop. One and the same. So the officer became exactly like the gang member, with one crucial difference: the former as made an Oath to the law and therefore is not obligated to disregard it at a whim. There is supposed to be that ethical standpoint with law enforcement officers, the one that separates them from the ones they arrest. And the majority of people expect that exact thing. And they see a symbiotic relation when things like this happen.
But perhaps the two knew each other. Maybe even Mr. Rodriguez bought one of Mr. Fierro’s shirts. You know the shirts I’m talking about. After all he does own a clothing company that promotes gang violence and glorify criminal behavior. So how upset could Mr. Fierro be at the suspect that would have made him want to kick him? For God’s Sakes – he wants his business! As the wonderful organization NORML pointed out, he wasn’t content with his own job. He was an agent of the Prison Industrial Complex: A ruthless ideology that corrupts every greedy, insidious scumbag who wishes to make money off of gang activity and the growth of criminality. Drugs, prison expansion, and, in George Fierro’s circumstance: gang apparel. So, again, clearly there is a sense of schizophrenia here. By the way, does your department look at him the same way? Is he never criticized from others?

By now I’m sure you have gotten the gist of my point: that moral corruption doesn’t always lie with somebody who has broken an arbitrary law. It is also found in the Police Departments of our counties, and no doubt in many of our courtrooms.
What I am asking for now is not unreasonable. I am only asking for the complete resignation of Officer George Fierro. The ACLU is being too nice on this one; asking for suspension. I am asking for democracy to be restored, and for the receivers of tax dollars (that’s YOU) to do the right thing. Because if the same logic was applied in the opposite spectrum, and me or any other citizen went out and starting taking the law into our own hands, then we would no doubt be arrested by one of you. Why does it not work the other way around? Why shouldn’t vigilantism be indicted here also?
The main reason I am asking for this is because so much time as elapsed from the event in question. And as more time goes, the more people will forget about it. Please don’t wavier in your morals. We don’t want Gangsterism anymore than we want Officerism. Thank you for reading.
